Set-Up for the Get-Up

Set-up for any movement is really important! It is often hard to recover from a bad set-up and "fix it" mid-movement. With the get-up that could mean a less-than-stable bell above your head and you definitely don't want that. Here's the best way to set up for a get-up and roll to the elbow position.
