Workshops & Continuing Education 


Renah Jones, Owner and the only StrongFirst Level 2 Certified Kettlebell Coach in St. Louis, offers full day and two hour workshops for kettlebell enthusiasts and coaches, as well as her signature Strong On Purpose Women's Strength Workshop!


Coaches earn continuing education with these workshops! Black Dog Fitness is recognized by the American Council on Exercise, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and Athletics and Fitness Association of America as an Approved Continuing Education Provider.

Renah will also come to your gym if you would like to host a private kettlebell workshop for your coaching team or members. Groups of 5 or more receive a discount. Questions? Email
