Workshops & Continuing Education

Renah Jones, Owner and the only StrongFirst Level 2 Certified Kettlebell Coach in the St. Louis area, offers workshops for kettlebell enthusiasts and coaches!

 

Schedule a private kettlebell workshop for your gym members, coaching staff or friends! Workshops are typically 2 - 6 hours long and can be formatted to fit your needs. (Four person minimum; no experience required.)​

Specific kettlebell movements that can be included in workshops:

  • Swing

  • Clean

  • Snatch

  • Get-Up

  • Squat

  • Press

  • Windmill

  • Jerk

​

Renah is also a certified in Functional Kettlebell Training (FKT), where we uniquely load different variations of all of the above exercises...with moving, stepping, and rotation. If you have the basics down then a Functional Kettlebell Workshop could give you the additional skills you are looking for.
