Black Dog Fitness Wellness Policies & Guidelines

TRAINING & WELLNESS GUIDELINES

  • The studio will open 10 minutes before class time. Arrive on time.

  • Plan to train in socks or flat shoes. If wearing shoes, we ask that you bring a separate pair for training.

  • Be aware of your surroundings and please physically distance while moving throughout the studio. (Give staff and other members space.)

  • Everyone must wash their hands upon arrival and before leaving. 

  • As of June 7, 2021 masks will be optional for fully vaccinated members/guests.

 

Do not come to the studio or to any of our outdoor sessions if you:

  • Are not feeling well for any reason.
  • Have or have had a fever (100.4), cough, shortness of breath or other symptoms of COVID-9 within the past 14 days.

  • Have been in close contact with anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

 

We are asking anyone coming into Black Dog to take personal responsibility for assessing symptoms and overall wellness, as well as general whereabouts. By attending class, you confirm that none of the above are true to the best of your knowledge.

Staff will adhere to the same guidelines above.
