Learn how to swing or take your swing from good to great! This is a fantastic conditioning movement that is often performed incorrectly and with poor form. Not anymore! We'll break down the swing and finish with a short workout.
Saturday, August 29 @ 9:30am / Francis Park: Get-Up
We'll break the get-up down into bite-sized steps and you'll learn how to add it into your training. Some people have a love/hate relationship with the get-up, but let us show you why you should love it! We'll finish with a short workout.

Wellness Policy (for outdoor workouts):
Do not come to our outdoor workouts if you are not feeling well for any reason; have or have had a fever (100.4), cough, shortness of breath or other symptoms of COVID-9 within the past 14 days; have been in close contact with anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
We will provide equipment for all participants and ask that everyone maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet from others before, during and after our sessions.
