Learn The Get-Up / Virtual Skills Clinic / April 4 @ 10am


Black Dog Fitness hasn't officially opened yet, but we're gonna get a head start on skills and giving back. Join us for our first virtual skills clinic this Saturday, April 4 @ 10am


During this skills clinic we'll break down the get-up, step-by-step! The get-up is an awesome exercise for strength, mobility and stability. You don't need any weights, but we'll give you some ideas on what you can practice with at home.


This is a donation-based class. If you are able to make a donation, all donations will benefit Black Dog Fitness charity partners (Randy's Rescue Ranch, Stray Rescue, CARE STL). If you are not, you absolutely welcome to join us for free.


Training happens via Zoom. You will get feedback and be able to ask questions.
