DOs & DON'Ts: Kettlebell Swing
I'll be adding to my Do & Don't lists throughout the year making it a quick form reference for you!
DON'T start the swing with a thrust in the air.
DO Start the swing with the bell on the floor. Your set-up should look like your kettlebell deadlift (hips between shoulders and knees), except the bell is about a foot in front of you instead of by your heels.
