Black Dog Fitness was born out of a desire to make a difference through fitness. While our goal is to help men and women who wanna get super strong, we’re also going to be very intentional about using our resources to support rescue animals, military service members and youth at risk of being bullied.
(We hope to start our programs by January 2021.)
Right at the heart of Black Dog Fitness are rescue animals. We will not only spread the word about pet adoption (especially senior and special needs dogs), we will also donate profits from training to three local animal rescues: Randy's Rescue Ranch, Stray Rescue, and CARE STL.
MILITARY SERVICE MEMBER TRAINING
We are working through several organizations to invite current and former U.S. Military service members suffering with PTSD and physical disabilities to train with us at no charge.
STRONG BODY, STRONG MIND YOUTH PROGRAM
Once we get off and running with the above two efforts, we will work with an organization to develop a weekly/monthly program to help build confidence and strength for youth (ages 10-13), who may be at risk of being bullied.
Life is a gift, and it offers us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to give something back by becoming more.
