Black Dog Fitness was born out of a desire to make a difference through fitness. Our goal is to not only help others get super strong, we also want to use our resources to support rescue animals, military service members and youth at risk of being bullied.
RESCUE ANIMALS
Right at the heart of Black Dog Fitness are rescue animals. We will not only spread the word about pet adoption (especially senior and special needs dogs), we will also donate a percentage of profits from training to three local animal rescues: Randy's Rescue Ranch, Stray Rescue, and CARE STL.
MILITARY SERVICE MEMBER TRAINING
We are working through several organizations to invite current and former U.S. Military service members suffering with PTSD and physical disabilities to train with us at no charge.
STRONG BODY, STRONG MIND YOUTH PROGRAM
Once we get off and running with the other two efforts, we will work with an organization to develop a weekly/monthly program to help build confidence and strength for youth (ages 10-13), who may be at risk of being bullied.
Life is a gift, and it offers us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to give something back by becoming more.
