Kettlebell Fundamentals Workshop

Learning and mastering the basics will pay off big time in the long run for your strength training! During this 3 hour workshop you will learn the squat, military press, deadlift, get-up and swing. If you are already doing these movements, we will address form issues so you can ensure your form is correct and that you continue to get stronger!

This is a hands-on workshop. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and get coaching feedback from Renah as we go.

Advanced Kettlebell Ballistics Workshop

After you master the basics, you can confidently move on to practicing the more advanced kettlebell movements.
During this 3 hour workshop you will learn the single arm swing, single and double cleans, single arm snatch and the push press.​ Participants must have a solid kettlebell swing. If you have not attended the Fundamentals Workshop or worked with me on your swing, please contact me before signing up.
