Kettlebell Fundamentals Workshop

Learning and mastering the basics will pay off big time in the long run for your strength training! During this 3 hour workshop you will learn the squat, military press, deadlift, get-up and swing. If you are already doing these movements, we will address form issues so you can ensure your form is correct and that you continue to get stronger!

Advanced Kettlebell Ballistics Workshop

Saturday, August 21 / 9am - Noon / $109 (Max of 8)

After you master the basics, you can confidently move on to practicing the more advanced kettlebell movements.

During this 3 hour workshop you will learn the single arm swing, single and double cleans, single arm snatch and the push press.​ Participants must have a solid kettlebell swing. If you have not attended the Fundamentals Workshop or worked with me on your swing, please contact me before signing up.

STRENGTH CAMPS

4-Week SIMPLE Kettlebell Camp / June 7 - June 30 / Mondays & Wednesdays / 6pm

 

Join us in June for this 4 week minimalist approach to STRENGTH as we focus on two kettlebell movements: the get-up and swing!

 

During these 4 weeks you will learn the movements, practice the movements, and you will get stronger...whether you are a beginner or experienced. You will benefit from the strength, power, and endurance involved in this program.

 

The program works towards the simple goal: 100 one-hand swings and 10 get-ups. The 10×10 swings must be completed in 5 minutes by performing 10 swings every 30 seconds, followed by 1 minute of rest and 10×1 get-ups performed in 10 minutes.

 

The Simple & Sinister Challenge was created by Pavel Tsatsouline.

 

The Simple Goal is to complete the above with the following weight:

Get-up: Women 16kg, Men 32kg

Swing: Women 24kg, Men 32kg

 

Depending upon your starting level, you may be doing kettlebell deadlifts or two-handed swings and bodyweight get-ups for a portion of the program. We will focus on technique and work with your skill level to maximize your long-term strength benefits.

 

Do not confuse minimal with easy or beginner. It's extremely effective without being complex!

 

There are just five in-studio spots available for this special program. Two Zoom spots are also available.

Bonus: A one hour intro workshop is available for all participants on Saturday, June 5 / 1 - 2pm.
